The holiday resort “Heron Island”, newly built in 2024, is located in the heart of the beautiful Drage Bay, near Pakostane, and is just a few minutes walk from the blue waters of the Adriatic. Imagine a morning breakfast overlooking the blue sea, moments of relaxation in the shade of olive trees, long walks and a refreshing swim in the pool or sea, followed by the soothing sound of the waves and endless summer evenings on your own terrace. But that’s not all! A pine forest stretches outside your window, the scent of which greets you with every breath, while the rustling of the trees becomes your daily companion.
Heron Island offers you a unique experience surrounded by nature, with added comfort and security as the entire holiday resort is fenced and access is controlled by an entrance gate. In addition, there is also a spacious swimming pool on the resort grounds, which provides even more relaxation and entertainment for our guests. The resort itself is only 180 meters from the sea.

Our holiday home “Casa Marone” conveys stability and grounding and is intended to remind you of appreciation and gratitude for the little things in life, while you linger in your thoughts and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea.
Our holiday home “Casa Rosso” stands for energy and warmth. Marvel at one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world on your own terrace with a glass of red wine and home-made grilled dishes!
Our holiday home “Casa Verde” embodies harmony and peace. Let the surrounding forests and the lush green of the olive trees have an effect on you!

The expansion of the motorway means there is a good connection to the European road network, making travel to this area quick and easy. By car you can easily get to the intersection near Benkovac via the motorway. From there the route leads past Vransko Lake to Drage, about 20 km from the motorway exit.
The distance to Zadar airport is approximately 35 km, and to Split airport approximately 100 km.

We would like to point out that the Heron Island holiday resort is not yet completely finished, i.e. there is still a lack of asphalt or green areas. Therefore, we offer our guests – in deviation from the future prices after completion – the price reductions or discounts shown in our price overview 2024 depending on the desired season. We would also like to point out that our holiday home and the pool area in the resort have of course been completed.
